Frensham Hall wedding photography Peggy & James
It was a pleasure photographing Peggy and James’s lovely wedding at Frensham Hall in Farnham. It was thoroughly enjoyable shooting alongside Lee, who has a great eye for capturing natural moments. As I look back through the photographs, I’m reminded of how it felt to be there.
Farnham is a great place for weddings. There are a variety of venues in the area, with Frensham Hall now being a firm favourite of mine. Nestled in a beautiful part of the Surrey countryside, it was the perfect location for a summer wedding.
Looking back at the day, firstly, I loved the reactions on Peggy’s bridesmaids’ faces when she appeared in her wedding dress in the morning and the emotion on James’s face before she came down the aisle at the church. There was also a nice atmosphere at Frensham Hall as the guests mingled, enjoying the venue grounds. There were some heartfelt words during the speeches and we were exceptionally lucky with the gorgeous light in the evening. Our day came to a close shortly after the first dance in the Edwardian ballroom, Lee capturing a gem of a moment of James jumping in the air. It couldn’t have been timed more perfectly.
